Who we are
IT Zero was founded on a simple idea: businesses deserve IT support that’s honest, proactive and genuinely on their side. Too many organisations were stuck with providers who only turned up when something broke, hid costs in the small print, or passed them between faceless help desks.
We do things differently. From our office at Penta Court in Borehamwood, our UK-based team supports clients right across London and Hertfordshire – remotely for speed, and on-site when it matters. We get to know your people, your systems and your goals, so we can fix problems before they happen and plan your technology around where your business is heading.
Today we look after organisations ranging from small offices to multi-site businesses, charities and schools, covering everything from day-to-day IT support and Microsoft 365 to cyber security, cloud, backup, VoIP and networks.
UniFi certified. Our team holds Ubiquiti’s UniFi Wireless Admin (UWA) and UniFi Full Stack Professional (UFSP) certifications, so your Wi-Fi and network are designed and configured to Ubiquiti’s own standards.
