Before you get in touch

To help us fix things faster, it’s useful to have the following to hand:

  • Your name and organisation
  • A short description of the problem and when it started
  • Any error messages – a screenshot is ideal
  • How many people are affected, and how urgent it is

Don’t worry if you can’t find all of this. Just get in touch and we’ll take it from there.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get support outside office hours?

Our service desk is open Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Support outside these hours, such as evenings, weekends or planned out-of-hours work, is available by prior arrangement only. Please speak to your account manager about the options.

Do I need to download the support tool?

Usually not. Devices we manage already allow our technicians to connect securely. You’ll only need the tool on a computer we don’t manage, and only when one of our team asks you to.

How do I know it’s really IT Zero contacting me?

We’ll never cold-call you asking you to install software or tell us your password. If you’re ever unsure, hang up and call us back on 0203 8833 444.

I’m not an IT Zero client – can you still help?

Yes. Get in touch and we’ll talk through your issue, whether it’s a one-off fix on a pay-as-you-go basis or ongoing support as part of a monthly package.

What’s the best way to report a non-urgent issue?

Email [email protected] or log it in the helpdesk portal. Both create a record so you can see progress, and nothing gets lost.
