Backup & disaster recovery for London & Hertfordshire businesses
Tested backups, so you can get back to work quickly.
Ransomware, hardware failure, accidental deletion, a leak in the comms room – data loss happens for all sorts of reasons. We make sure your critical data is backed up automatically, stored securely off-site and, most importantly, that it can actually be restored when you need it.
Microsoft 365 backup
Email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams backed up independently – Microsoft’s built-in retention alone isn’t a backup.
Server & workstation backup
Image-based backups of servers and key devices, so you can recover a single file or an entire system.
Off-site & immutable copies
Encrypted copies kept away from your network and protected against ransomware tampering.
Monitoring & restore testing
Backup jobs monitored daily, with regular test restores to prove they actually work.
Disaster recovery planning
A documented plan with agreed recovery times, so everyone knows what happens if the worst happens.
Business continuity
Options to keep your team working through an outage, from cloud failover to secure remote access.

Protect the data your business runs on
Think about what would happen if you lost access to your files, email or accounts system tomorrow. For most businesses, even a day without them means missed deadlines and unhappy clients.
Our backup service follows the well-established 3-2-1 principle: at least three copies of your data, on two different types of storage, with one kept off-site. We back up Microsoft 365 independently, protect servers and key devices with image-based backups, and keep copies that ransomware can’t encrypt or delete.
Backups are only half the story. We agree recovery objectives with you – how quickly each system needs to be back, and how much data you could afford to lose – and build a disaster recovery plan around them. So if the worst happens, everyone knows exactly what to do.
We protect data for

Small and medium businesses
Growing teams that want dependable IT without an in-house department.

Professional services
Accountants, solicitors and agencies that need their systems up and data safe.

Charities and non-profits
Secure, cost-effective IT that makes the most of charity licensing.

Schools and education
Reliable networks, devices and cloud services for staff and students.

A backup is only as good as its restore
Too many businesses only find out their backups were failing on the day they need them. We take a trust-but-verify approach – monitoring every job, testing restores and keeping a clear recovery plan – so downtime is measured in hours, not weeks.

- We identify your critical systems and data, and agree how quickly each needs to be recovered.

- A backup and recovery setup matched to those priorities and your budget.
- Deploy & verify
- Backups configured, first full copies completed and a test restore carried out.
- Monitor & test
- Daily monitoring, regular restore tests and an annual review of your DR plan.
Frequently asked questions
Microsoft keeps the service running, but under its shared responsibility model your data is your responsibility. Deleted items and version history are only kept for limited periods, so an independent backup protects you against accidental deletion, malicious insiders and ransomware.
It depends on the system, but typically at least daily, with more frequent backups for critical servers. We’ll agree a schedule that matches how much data you could afford to lose.
Ransomware often targets backups first. We keep immutable, off-site copies that can’t be altered or deleted for a set period, so you always have a clean copy to restore from.
Single files or emails can usually be restored within minutes. Full system recovery depends on the system and the volume of data – we’ll agree realistic recovery targets with you and test against them.
Backup means having copies of your data. Disaster recovery is the plan and capability to get your whole business working again after a major incident – which systems come back first, where people work, and who does what.
