WHO WE HELP · SCHOOLS AND EDUCATION

IT support for schools and education

Reliable networks, devices and cloud services for staff and students, looked after by a team that plans around the school calendar.

Teacher talking with students in a classroom

In a school, technology has to work the moment the lesson starts. Teachers can’t wait for a projector to connect or a laptop to log in.

We look after networks, Wi-Fi, devices and cloud services for schools and education settings across London and Hertfordshire, from day-to-day support to larger projects like server upgrades and Wi-Fi refreshes.

Safeguarding comes first. Only DBS-checked members of our team are ever sent on site to a school.

What we look after

Wi-Fi and networks

Strong, reliable Wi-Fi across classrooms, halls and offices, with staff, student and guest networks kept separate.

Staff and student devices

Windows and Apple laptops and tablets set up, managed and kept up to date centrally.

Microsoft 365 and cloud

Email, Teams and shared files organised for staff and students, on the right education licences.

Servers and infrastructure

Servers and core systems maintained, and upgraded when the time comes, with careful testing.

Security and data protection

Multi-factor sign-in, managed devices and tested backups to protect pupil and staff data.

Projects planned around term time

Bigger changes scheduled for half-terms and holidays wherever possible, so teaching isn’t disrupted.

Planned around the school calendar

Upgrades like replacing servers or refreshing Wi-Fi are planned for half-terms and holidays wherever possible, and tested before staff and students come back.

During term, our helpdesk is there for the everyday questions, so your staff can focus on teaching.

Frequently asked questions

Can upgrades be done outside term time?

Yes. We plan larger projects for half-terms and holidays wherever possible, so teaching isn’t disrupted.

Do you support Apple devices as well as Windows?

Yes. We support and manage both Apple and Windows devices, including iPads and MacBooks, for all our clients.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Yes. We start by reviewing what you already have and build on it, replacing only what needs replacing.

Can you help with Microsoft 365 for staff and students?

Yes. We can set up and manage accounts, Teams and shared storage for staff and students, on the right education licences.
