IT support pricing for London & Hertfordshire businesses
Fixed monthly fees, all-you-can-eat support and no surprise bills.
Every business is different, so rather than squeezing you into a one-size-fits-all package, we build a fixed monthly fee around the people, devices and services you actually have. You only pay for what you use, everything in scope is covered, and anything outside it is always quoted upfront.
Per-user support
All-you-can-eat remote, email and phone support for every member of staff, with a lower rate for part-time team members.
Per-device management
Monitoring, patching, antivirus and managed EDR for each laptop, desktop and server, plus a maintained asset register.
Microsoft 365 management
Tenant administration, backup, security and signature management. Licences are supplied at Microsoft list price.
Network management
Firewalls, Wi-Fi and network devices monitored and managed for each of your offices.
Projects & on-site work
Larger pieces of work quoted as fixed-fee projects, with ad-hoc hours and prepaid blocks for everything else.
Optional out-of-hours cover
Need support evenings or weekends? Out-of-hours cover is available by prior arrangement through your account manager.

All-you-can-eat support
Think of our managed IT agreements like an all-you-can-eat buffet. Anything covered by your agreement – whether that’s ten support calls a month or a hundred – is included in your fixed monthly fee. No per-ticket charges, no clock-watching, and no hesitating before you pick up the phone.
If you need something that isn’t on the menu, such as a new office fit-out, a migration or a piece of hardware, we’ll give you a separate fixed-fee quote so you can decide whether to go ahead. We’ll always tell you beforehand if something is out of scope – you’ll never get a surprise bill.
Pricing is built from simple per-user, per-device and per-office building blocks, so it’s easy to understand and scales up or down as your team changes. After a free IT audit, you’ll get a clear, itemised proposal showing exactly what’s included.

Why a fixed monthly fee makes sense
With traditional pay-as-you-go IT, your provider earns more when things go wrong. With a fixed fee, our incentives match yours: the fewer problems you have, the better for both of us – so we invest in preventing issues, not just fixing them.
Response times you can count on
We work on a shared-services model, so you get a whole team for a fraction of the cost of employing your own. To keep things fair, every request is given a priority, so critical problems are dealt with first. Here are the response times we aim for during support hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm:
| Priority | Examples | Target response time |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | Main server offline and nobody can work; a network failure stopping half the office | 15 minutes |
| High | Internet down but staff can work locally; the MD’s computer has stopped working; accounting software unavailable | 1 hour |
| Medium | A main printer down with others available; a user struggling to connect to Wi-Fi | 2 hours |
| Low | Printing slower than normal; one user unable to scan; a program needs installing | 4 hours |
| Planned | Proactive maintenance, new user setup, new computer installation | Scheduled |
Response times apply to requests raised through our helpdesk app, portal, service desk email or phone line.

Pricing FAQs
Because every business is different. Your fee depends on how many people, devices, offices and Microsoft 365 services you have, so a generic price list would rarely be accurate. A free IT audit gives you a precise, itemised figure.
There are two options. Most clients choose our three-year agreement, which comes with no onboarding fee: we take over from your previous provider, document everything and get your systems monitored at no extra cost. Or you can pay a one-off onboarding fee instead, with no fixed term. Either way, the agreement can be ended with three full months’ notice, ending at the end of a month, once any initial term is complete.
Typically unlimited remote, email and phone support Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, device monitoring and patching, security, backup and Microsoft 365 management – but your proposal sets out exactly what’s in scope for your business.
We’ll give you a separate fixed-fee quote before any work starts, so you can decide whether to go ahead. You’ll never get an unexpected bill.
Yes. Ad-hoc and on-site work is available by the hour, and prepaid blocks of hours give you better value if you need help regularly.
Yes, by prior arrangement. Our service desk is open 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday. If you need cover for evenings, weekends or a particular event, speak to your account manager and we’ll arrange it in advance.
We don’t offer credit accounts – we’d rather focus on technology than be a bank. If you’d like to finance a larger project, we’re happy to work with your finance provider or introduce you to one.
