UniFi certified. Our team holds Ubiquiti’s UniFi Wireless Admin (UWA) and UniFi Full Stack Professional (UFSP) certifications, so your Wi-Fi and network are designed and configured to Ubiquiti’s own standards.
What happens on a Saturday night?
Venues are busiest when most IT firms have gone home, so we set yours up to keep trading on its own:
- Backup connection: a 4G/5G line takes over automatically if your broadband drops, so tills and card machines keep taking payments.
- Separate payment network: tills and card machines sit on their own network, away from guest Wi-Fi, which is good practice for card-payment security.
- Remote monitoring: we can see what went wrong and when, so problems are fixed quickly rather than guessed at.
Our helpdesk is open 9am–6pm on weekdays. If you need cover for evenings, weekends or a big event, your account manager can arrange it in advance.

We make sure your POS and card machines have a reliable, secure connection. Your POS provider supports the system itself, and we work alongside them.
Backup internet
A 4G or 5G backup connection that takes over automatically, so payments keep going if the main line drops.
CCTV installed and managed

Yes. Guests sign in through a branded page where they can choose to share their email address and agree to hear from you. The details can then be added to your mailing list, with consent recorded.
We make sure your POS and card machines are connected to a reliable, secure network. The POS software and hardware are supported by your POS provider, and we’re happy to work alongside them.
Yes. You can view live and recorded footage securely from your phone or computer, wherever you are.
With a 4G or 5G backup connection in place, your tills and card machines switch over automatically and keep working.
Installations can be scheduled around your opening hours. Ongoing support outside our normal hours is available by prior arrangement, so speak to your account manager about the options.
