Frequently asked questions
Business Standard covers the Office apps, email, Teams and file storage. Business Premium adds Intune device management and advanced security such as Conditional Access and Defender for Business. For most organisations holding client or personal data we recommend Premium – but we’ll advise based on your needs.
No. We plan migrations carefully, copy data before switching anything over, and run checks afterwards. Most migrations happen out of hours, so your team picks up where they left off.
Yes. We migrate mail, calendars, contacts and Drive files from Google Workspace into Microsoft 365, and help your team get comfortable with the new tools.
Often not. Many businesses can move file shares to SharePoint and OneDrive and retire their on-site server entirely. Where you have applications that need a server, we can host them in Azure or keep a smaller on-site footprint.
